This application is designed to assist users with apnea exercises, primarily offering functions for time tracking and recording session data.

Important Notice:

• Given the inherent risks associated with apnea training, it is strongly recommended to perform exercises under the supervision of an experienced coach. This application does not provide personalized training content or planning and should be used solely as a supplementary tool for timing and record-keeping.
• Users should perform training or testing while lying on a bed. Engaging in these activities underwater or without a partner poses significant safety hazards.
• It is essential to tailor your training regimen to your individual physical condition. The application assumes no responsibility for any incidents or health issues arising during use.

Training Functionality:

1. The training session comprises ten rounds, each including phases of inhaling, holding, and exhaling.
2. The durations for holding and exhaling are automatically adjusted to recommended values when you set the inhalation time.
3. If you modify the inhale duration, the hold and exhale times will remain unchanged.

Testing Feature:

1. Press the Start button to initiate or terminate a test session. Upon completion, you will be prompted to save or discard the recorded score.
2. The historical scores are displayed below the Start button as a graphical curve chart for review.
